Certificate registration conditions:
1, passed the national unified examination for the qualification of construction engineers and obtained the certificate of qualification examination;
2. Employed by construction enterprises to engage in project management;
3. Meet the standards of continuing education.
The continuing education of the second-level construction engineer is organized and implemented in six majors: construction engineering, highway engineering, municipal public works, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, electromechanical engineering and mining engineering.
Two construction engineer should complete the following provisions of continuing education hours:
1. Apply for initial registration within three years from the date of obtaining the qualification certificate of Grade II constructor. Failing to apply or apply for registration within the time limit, the required continuing education hours shall be completed before applying for registration;
2. A first-class registered second-class constructor can apply for renewal of registration only after completing the required hours of continuing education during the registration period;
3. If the second-level construction engineer is deregistered or fails to apply for renewal of registration on time, and the deregistration period or unregistered period exceeds three years, he shall complete the required continuing education hours during the deregistration period or unregistered period before applying for re-registration;
4. The second-level constructor shall receive 120 hours of continuing education in each registration period (3 years), including 60 hours of compulsory courses and 60 hours of elective courses. To obtain two or more professional qualifications, in addition to completing 120 hours of continuing education in the former career cycle, it is also necessary to complete the continuing education hours specified in other professional courses (including compulsory courses and elective courses);
5. Newly registered majors shall complete the continuing education hours specified in the specialized courses of newly added majors within three years from the date of addition.
