Guangdong Dongjiang Column Memorial Hall, located in Dalingshan Town, Dongguan City, was completed and opened in September 2005. The whole museum covers an area of 533 19 square meters, with a building area of 3,965 square meters. The museum is divided into seven exhibition halls, with a total collection of more than 200 revolutionary cultural relics, more than 450 historical photos and 22 works of art such as sculptures, oil paintings and prints. The theme of the exhibition is Dongjiang Liu Tie and Nanyue Banner, which objectively and comprehensively reflects the glorious course of the Dongjiang column, a Guangdong people's anti-Japanese guerrilla led by China during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period, fighting bloody battles and winning national liberation. (The exhibition hall is adjacent to the former anti-Japanese site of Dawangling Village. The main building has the architectural style of Lingnan Hakka village during the Anti-Japanese War. The content of the theme exhibition is closely related to the historical background of the world anti-fascist war, China and War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the Liberation War. Modern audio-visual exhibition technologies such as phantom imaging, electronic sand table and simulated scenes are adopted, and the artistic effect of regional characteristics is integrated to systematically show the glorious course of Dongjiang column's bloody struggle for the cause of national liberation. There is also a temporary exhibition hall and lecture hall in the museum, and a viewing platform is set on the roof, overlooking the old anti-Japanese site of Dawangling Village, the battlefield of Baihuadong and the new look of Dalingshan Town.
In the former site of Dalingshan Anti-Japanese Base, a national key cultural relics protection unit, there are 9 cultural relics distributed in Dawangling, Youguling and Li Anping Natural Village, most of which are located in Dawangling Village, a Hakka village in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, and have been restored and displayed. Dalingshan Anti-Japanese Base Area is the birthplace and one of the important activities of Dongjiang Column, an important part of Dongjiang Anti-Japanese Base Area, and an important battlefield for the anti-Japanese war behind enemy lines in South China. At present, there are 9 cultural relics sites, including the headquarters of the Third Brigade of Guangdong People's Anti-Japanese Guerrilla, conference room, United newspaper, traffic station, grain processing factory, playground, medical clinic, Zhongshan Academy, Dalingshan Anti-Japanese Democratic Forces Lianlian Township Office and so on. Their restoration exhibition takes the historical original appearance of various sites during the Anti-Japanese War as the background, and uses local revolutionary and folk cultural relics to restore the scene.
In order to give full play to the patriotic education function of the former site of Dalingshan Anti-Japanese Base, the Dongguan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government allocated 30 million yuan of special funds to build the Dongjiang Column Memorial Hall in Guangdong, relying on the rich anti-Japanese cultural relics resources in Dawangling Village of Dalingshan Town, and set up a leading group for the preparation of the Dongjiang Column Memorial Hall, which is composed of the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Cultural Bureau, the Municipal Party History Research Office, the Municipal Bureau of Retired Veteran Cadres, the Civil Affairs Bureau, the Municipal Finance Bureau, the Municipal Urban Construction Planning Bureau, the Municipal Construction Bureau and the leading comrades of Dalingshan Town At the same time, according to the historical original appearance of the old site during the Anti-Japanese War, the memorial hall will be completely repaired and restored, and the historical theme exhibitions in the east and vertical directions will be combined with the restoration exhibition of the old site to build it into a witness of the world anti-fascist war, a photo shoot of Dongguan's anti-Japanese war and a patriotic education base.
As a national youth education base, Guangdong Dongjiang Column Memorial Hall has also opened a national defense education exhibition area, held an exhibition of national defense history, displayed heavy national defense weapons such as airplanes, anti-aircraft guns, aerial missiles and radar vehicles, and built supporting training facilities such as simulated trenches and bunkers, providing an attractive outdoor expansion experience platform for the general audience, especially young students.
The memorial hall of Dongjiang Column in Luofushan covers an area of 5,000 square meters, with a building area of 1.500 square meters. It consists of a hall, an exhibition hall, a cultural relic museum and a martyrs monument. The exhibition hall is divided into 13 parts according to the development course of Dongjiang column: 1. Anti-Japanese national salvation and armed preparation; Second, team up against the enemy and break through eastward; Third, return to the enemy lines and resume development; Fourth, advance into Hong Kong and Kowloon to rescue the elite; Fifth, strive to reverse the situation; Sixth, establish Dongzong to kill the enemy; Seven, north into the east, all-round development; 8. Advance into northern Guangdong and win the Anti-Japanese War; 9. Adhere to self-defense and negotiate to withdraw from the north; 10. Dongjiang Column Memorial Hall in Pingshan New District, Shenzhen is located in pingshan town, Longgang District, Shenzhen, an important activity area of Dongjiang Column. It consists of 658 historical photos and documents of Zhang Zhengui, 70 physical objects donated by veterans, 15 oil paintings on revolutionary history, 14 sketches of dynamic operations, and a famous monument containing more than 6,700 martyrs. It is divided into anti-Japanese and national salvation, armed preparation, teaming up against the enemy, breaking through the east and so on 13. The whole exhibition shows the heroic course of Nanyue children from War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression to the period of liberation war and socialist construction. Dongjiang Column Memorial Hall has become one of the important patriotic education places in Shenzhen and Guangdong. The museum was built by the Shenzhen Dongjiang Column Veterans Association, with the full cooperation of the pingshan town Municipal Party Committee and the town government. It has also been initiated and strongly supported by veterans in Shenzhen and the east and border areas inside and outside the province, township people in the old revolutionary base areas of Shenzhen, Shenzhen industrial and commercial circles, patriots from Hong Kong and Macao, and overseas Chinese.
