Mr. Zhu, the headmaster of Huayu (International) Middle School in Anshan City, was the former headmaster of Liaoning Experimental Middle School. President Zhu is a special-grade teacher in Liaoning Province, an outstanding educator in China, vice-chairman of the second and third national middle school principals' committees, honorary vice-chairman of the fourth China Education Association's high school professional committee, and a famous education management expert.

The current principal is Bai Yang, a high school teacher and winner of the National Ceng Xianzi Education Fund. He has won the honorary titles of excellent normal teachers in Liaoning province, excellent teachers in the city and model principals in the district. Now he is the assistant director of tiedong district Education Bureau and the principal of Huayu High School.

Yang Zihua, president of Art Branch, member of China Vocal Music Society and chairman of Anshan Musicians Association, is currently the director and associate professor of Art Department of Anshan Normal University. Editor-in-chief of Basic Music Course for College Students, Vocal Music Course and Appreciation of Famous Songs, and published many papers in Higher Education in China, Music Education in China and Yuefu New Sound. He has worked in 1 national scientific research project and 1 academy of sciences scientific research project.
