Wang Deru, male, born in June, 1966, from Xinyang, Henan. Graduated from Southwest University, full-time doctoral student, doctor of education. He is a "New Long March Attacker in Henan Province" and a second-class researcher. He has served as deputy director of the Basic Education Department of Henan Provincial Department of Education; Secretary of Educational Technology and Equipment Management Center of Henan Provincial Department of Education; Director of Henan Education Resources Guarantee Center; Vice President of China Educational Equipment Industry Association, Inspector of Henan Provincial People's Government.

10 On June 27th, 2023, the People's Government of Henan Province decided to appoint Wang Deru as the president of Kaifeng University. Wang Deru's research direction is mainly to carry out educational administration, taking into account the research of curriculum and teaching theory.

Wang Deru published more than 20 papers in core journals such as Educational Research, participated in the compilation of the first monograph on educational experiments in China, won the second prize of the Ministry of Education, and was identified as a teaching material for colleges and universities.
