Liang Fang, a famous French teacher and senior market planner of small languages in Changsha. He has served as a major French lecturer in many mainstream small language institutions in Changsha (including Changsha Second Foreign Languages Institute and Changsha Branch of New Oriental Education and Training School, which is quite famous in Huxiang area). In 2007, he began to take foreign French courses with Professor Cao Ping, a leading French training teacher in Changsha, and was widely praised for his students' passing rate abroad and class style. On 20/0/2, Kloc left Changsha New Oriental, and on 20/0/3, he became the Chinese representative of Siena University for Foreigners in Italy, and the head and teaching director of Hunan Italy Official Examination Center.
