The training content includes: the second-level constructor has received continuing education and reached the required hours of continuing education, which is one of the important requirements for the second-level constructor and the second-level temporary constructor to change their certificates, re-register and overdue initial registration. The second-level constructor needs to complete 120 hours of continuing education and training in each registration cycle, including 60 hours of compulsory and 60 hours of elective courses.

Participants in the training must attend the training according to the notification threshold, strictly abide by the student management rules, and ensure the teaching quality. Those who pass the training examination will be awarded the continuing education certificate of the second-level constructor; those who violate the rules and fail the training examination will not be awarded the continuing education certificate of the second-level constructor.

Different professional training forms are different, as follows:

(1) The majors of architectural engineering, municipal engineering and mechanical and electrical engineering adopt the method of combining face-to-face teaching with online teaching;

(2) The ways of continuing education and training for water conservancy and highway majors are determined by the competent departments of water conservancy and transportation industries respectively, and the training institutions of relevant industries organize their implementation.

(3) All mining engineering majors adopt network teaching.
