As a front-line teacher, I can feel the difference between children and children. Some are lively and some are introverted; Some are good at this aspect, while others are good at the other; Some aspects of development are relatively balanced, some are good at some aspects, and some are lagging behind. How to understand and treat this difference between primary school students? Using a unified standard to measure each of our children may directly lead to unfairness in the implementation of education, that is, individual children who are not accepted lack due love and respect among primary school students and lack due development opportunities and space. I sincerely respect and love primary school students, meet their needs in the development process, and make every primary school student feel happy and confident in school life, provided that I have a scientific and correct understanding of the differences between primary school students.
