Huang Mingren is the principal of Chaoyang Experimental Primary School in Guanyun County, Lianyungang City, Huang. Guanyun Chaoyang Experimental Primary School is located in the middle street of the county, north of Shengli Bridge and west of Yanhe River. The school was founded in August of 1909 and 20 14, and was renamed as Guanyun Chaoyang Experimental Primary School with the approval of the county government and county education bureau.
