Summary of photoshop teaching
A semester passed quickly. Looking back on this semester's teaching work, I feel very hard and gratified at the same time. Because my students have basically met the requirements of the syllabus after studying this semester's courses, some excellent students can even start to complete excellent works independently. This semester's teaching work is summarized from the following aspects:

First, the summary and exploration of teaching mode-students change from passive to active.

PS course starts from the first semester of senior one, so this semester mainly focuses on the basic content. Because the students' level is uneven, I mainly adopt the teaching mode of "teacher showing effect"-"teacher operation demonstration"-"student practice"-"teacher guidance"-"summary". The advantage of this model is that students can learn to operate quickly, basically complete the operation according to the tips of teachers and books, and basically master the knowledge. However, its shortcomings are also very fatal. Students are completely passive, just following the footsteps of teachers and books. They have no chance to express their feelings, nor can they gain a strong sense of accomplishment, let alone explore creative thinking, and it is easier to forget what they have learned.

The goal of our teaching is to make students study hard, speak actively in class, have high participation in class, have a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and have a good classroom atmosphere. The above model can basically achieve this goal, but occasionally the effect will be very poor. How can we achieve our goals better? In the conversation and study with many predecessors, I think there is a model that is worth trying: "Give materials and design requirements"-"Students design first"-"Look at each other"-"Explain their own works"-"Evaluate good works" (students evaluate each other/coach guidance)-"Compare with excellent works" (which is better? Okay, where is it? Why? )-"Teachers give interpretation and analysis"-"Students revise"-"Compared with before revision"-"Understand, comprehend, improve and apply", which can achieve "knowledge, enlightenment, action and gain" on the whole. This mode makes students change from passive to completely active, and the teaching effect will be good and lasting.

The new model is a very good experience, but any truth needs to be combined with actual needs to play the best effect. After carefully analyzing the teaching arrangement and students' characteristics in our school, I personally think that the first mode should be the main teaching mode at the beginning when most students have no foundation. When students have a certain foundation, they should enter the second teaching mode as soon as possible to shorten students' passive basic teaching practice and prolong students' active creative teaching mode. Of course, there must be a better mode to replace the first basic teaching mode, which needs to be explored and summarized in the work.

Second, the training goal and direction of students-based on the needs of enterprises, master basic skills.

After studying this semester's course, I began to understand that it is very important for our teaching to make clear the training direction of students. What kind of students should schools train? What kind of students should this major train? What kind of students should PS course train? No matter what the problem is, the ultimate goal of teaching is to cultivate a certain kind of students. What is teaching without this as a guide? Therefore, in order to make the course interesting and meaningful, we must be clear about what kind of students our course should train.

What we want to cultivate is talents who can meet the requirements of enterprises. Teaching out of the market will only make students tired of learning in the end, because students don't know what effect their courses will have. The biggest feature of vocational school courses is practicality and practicality, and many of them are courses that directly serve employment. Therefore, in order to better achieve the teaching objectives and cultivate outstanding students, we must keep pace with the times and understand what kind of talents are needed by enterprises today. Regarding PS, the positioning of enterprises for secondary vocational students is relatively basic, and the work content is more auxiliary work, which means that our students need to have solid basic skills and a strong sense of service. Of course, if they develop well, they can try to become designers. Therefore, when attending PS courses, we should pay attention to laying a good foundation for students, subtly let students have a good sense of service and attitude, and comprehensively improve their comprehensive quality.

Third, explore the mode of "promoting learning through competition"

Competition is not only a kind of existence, we don't just compete for the sake of competition, but we should pay full attention to the guidance of competition. Competition should be closely related to the school-running objectives of vocational schools, and should be integrated into daily teaching, teaching and teaching by competition. I believe this teaching mode will definitely promote the benign teaching of PS and other courses.

How to integrate competition into daily teaching? This is a topic worthy of discussion, which requires not only the support of the school, but also the cooperation of teachers and students. At this stage, we are still in the initial exploration. What I can feel for the time being is that in the face of the competition, the students' foundation is not solid enough and the learning atmosphere is not strong enough. This is mainly because the course of graphics and image processing in our school is set up late, and students' self-confidence is not enough. However, these are subjective reasons. Our excellent students have good understanding and strong learning ability. As long as they are properly adjusted and teachers and students cooperate, there will be a qualitative leap.

Fourthly, suggestions on teaching courses.

In today's society, the speed of technology update is very fast. Photoshop is nothing more than an application software, which is constantly upgraded with the progress of technology. Therefore, in the next teaching, we will begin to focus on learning the new version. Secondly, regarding the curriculum of PS, most teachers generally believe that in order to adapt to the society, it will be better to set it in the first semester of freshman enrollment.

Since the beginning of this semester, I have worked hard to do my own teaching work, constantly demanding myself, studying the strengths of others, constantly updating my teaching ideas and applying them to teaching practice, and achieved good teaching results.
