Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and regulations and the provisions of the Ministry of Education on the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities in order to further standardize the enrollment of schools, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates and ensure the smooth progress of enrollment.
Article 2 The school is a university jointly established by the Gansu Provincial People's Government, the Ministry of Education and the State Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. The basic capacity building project of universities in the central and western regions, the national innovative experimental plan for college students and the outstanding engineer plan of the Ministry of Education were selected into universities with national defense education characteristics and ethnic schools. Article 3 The types of enrollment at the ordinary undergraduate level of schools are: general arts and sciences, arts, special programs in poverty-stricken areas, Xinjiang classes in the mainland, ethnic minority preparatory classes, etc. In 2022, the school will recruit students from 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Article 4 The school shall set up a leading group for enrollment work and a leading group for enrollment examination supervision, which shall be fully responsible for implementing the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education and the departments in charge of enrollment of colleges and universities in relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and lead the enrollment of undergraduate students in combination with the actual work of the school. Chapter II Enrollment Plan
Article 5 A school shall, according to its development plan, conditions for running a school, students' situation and social needs, formulate enrollment plans by province, classification and specialty. The annual enrollment plan shall be subject to the approval of the Education Department of Gansu Province, and the specific enrollment plans shall be subject to the announcement of the competent departments of college enrollment in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Article 6 Schools recognize the national policy bonus approved by the Ministry of Education and the education authorities of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and determine the archives and majors according to the scores after the bonus. If the same candidate meets the requirements of multiple points reduction or increase, only the highest score will be obtained, and it shall not exceed 20 points.
Chapter III Access Rules
Article 7 The "Sunshine Project" shall be implemented in the school enrollment work, and the principles of fairness, justice and openness shall be followed, and the moral, intellectual, physical and artistic work shall be comprehensively measured, and the students, parents and all sectors of society shall accept the supervision.
Article 8 The school enrollment plan shall be announced to the public through the departments in charge of college enrollment in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), school enrollment brochures, school websites and other forms.
Article 9 Schools shall determine the proportion of filing according to the situation of students in each province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government), and the proportion of filing shall be controlled within 1.20% according to the batch of voluntary filing. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, the file transfer ratio is controlled within 105%.
Tenth candidates enjoy various preferential policies, subject to the provisions of the Ministry of Education and the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) enrollment documents.
Article 11 Candidates who have passed the examination of ideological and political morality and physical health will be assigned majors according to the results of the college entrance examination and the principle of "giving priority to scores and following professional volunteers (there is no grade difference between majors)". Under the condition of the same score and professional volunteer, the admission major is determined according to the relevant policies and regulations of the province (city, district) where the candidate is located. If there are no relevant regulations, compare the sum of math and Chinese scores with the sum of foreign language scores in turn. If the results of the above subjects are the same, the school will select the best candidates according to their information. When all the candidates' professional volunteers can't be satisfied, if they are transferred, they will be admitted according to the candidates' grades and other professional volunteers in the school. Otherwise, they will be fired.
Twelfth comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination pilot provinces according to the rules of the location of students, candidates must meet the requirements of elective subjects set by the professional (professional group). When the number of students in some professional investment lines is insufficient, our school can implement the relevant regulations of provincial colleges and universities and adjust the admission of candidates who obey the voluntary adjustment major.

Article 14 Candidates who apply for the major of product design and visual communication design (arts and arts) in our school must obtain the examination results of the undergraduate major in the unified examination of fine arts in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the candidates are located. The implementation of parallel volunteer Province, according to the rules of the province where the candidates are located, the school is responsible for reviewing the admission; Non-parallel volunteer investment provinces, under the premise that the scores of cultural examinations reach the undergraduate control scores of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the candidates are located, the schools will select the best candidates from high to low according to their professional volunteer order and comprehensive scores: comprehensive scores = professional course scores ×60%+ cultural course scores ×40%.
Fifteenth candidates who apply for non-foreign language and literature majors are not limited to foreign languages in our school. English is a public foreign language in our school. Candidates who are not English languages should apply carefully.
Sixteenth the implementation of the "Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities". After freshmen enter school, they should have a physical examination and a second interview. Those who do not meet the requirements or resort to deceit will be disqualified and returned to their original places.
Seventeenth reserved plan and use
1. According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the Gansu Provincial Department of Education, within the annual enrollment scale approved by the state, 1% of the total undergraduate enrollment plan of our university is reserved as a reserved plan.
2. The school reservation plan is mainly used to adjust the imbalance between the quality of students in each province and online students.
3. The use of the reserved plan adheres to the principles of collective deliberation, meeting decision-making, openness and transparency, and is implemented according to the decision after being studied by the leading group for enrollment work of Lanzhou University of Technology.
Chapter IV Charging Standards and Others
Article 18 Our school implements credit system fees, which are divided into public course credit tuition fees and professional course credit tuition fees. The tuition fee for the first and second grades of software engineering is 5500 yuan/academic year, and the tuition fee for the third and fourth grades is 14000 yuan/academic year (No.[20 12] 1464).

Nineteenth for freshmen with financial difficulties, the school has a work-study service center, a love fund committee and other institutions.
