First, the recruitment target and admission conditions
(1) Primary schools in urban areas: school-age children who have reached the age of 6, that is, born on or before August 3, 2008, and have not yet entered school to establish a student status file.
1. Urban hukou: under the jurisdiction of Dongyue Road Police Station and Dongfeng Road Police Station, the head of the household is the immediate family of the freshmen, and the freshmen and their parents are in the same household registration.
2. Non-urban hukou: Meet one of the following three conditions.
(1) Purchase urban real estate, and the owner of the real estate license is a new parent;
(2) Newborn parents have been doing business in this city for more than half a year (as of July 25, 20 14), and they have business license, tax payment certificate, rental contract and temporary residence permit (or neighborhood committee certificate);
(3) Social endowment insurance and temporary residence permit paid by the current unit (or enterprise) after working in the town for more than half a year (as of July 25th, 20 14) and having a formal employment contract with the town unit (or enterprise) for six consecutive months (as of July 25th, 20 14).
(2) Urban junior middle schools
1, fresh graduates of urban primary schools are admitted with the admission notice issued by the Municipal Education Bureau.
2. If the fresh graduates of non-urban primary schools meet one of the following conditions, they will be transferred to the school after passing the examination by the Municipal Education Bureau.
(1) Urban hukou: under the jurisdiction of Dongyue Road Police Station and Dongfeng Road Police Station, the head of household is the immediate family members of primary school graduates, who live in the same household registration place as their parents.
(2) Non-urban hukou: Meet one of the following three conditions.

(3) Having worked in this city for more than half a year (as of July 25th, 20 14), having a formal employment contract with an urban unit (or enterprise), a payroll for six consecutive months (as of July 25th, 20 14), social endowment insurance paid by the current unit (or enterprise) and a temporary residence permit (or certificate from the neighborhood committee).
All freshmen should go to the municipal CDC for physical examination before reporting, and report to the school with physical examination health certificate and vaccination certificate.
Second, the enrollment work arrangement
City primary school
1, July14-July 25th, school-age children registered online in urban primary schools.
Parents log in to the "Primary School Freshmen Registration System" of Daye Education Information Network, and enter relevant information of freshmen, including name, gender, date of birth, domicile, parents' names, address of real estate license (only one of multiple properties can be registered), contact telephone number, etc. After successful entry, record the registration number of the new student.
2. On July 29th-3rd1,school-age children entered the qualification examination for urban primary schools.
Venue: Experimental Middle School (headquarters, opposite the long-distance station)
Materials to be submitted: See "IV". Other explanations, Article 1: Submission materials for qualification examination of junior high school (non-urban primary school graduates) and primary school freshmen ".
If the online information is complete and consistent with the information in paper materials, the audit team will conduct qualification examination. After the approval, the auditor will sign, print the receipt and give it to the parents for preservation. Copies of all kinds of paper materials shall be submitted to the audit team for filing after being signed by parents.
If the data provided online is incomplete or inconsistent with the information in the raw materials, the receipt will not be printed and the online admission qualification will be cancelled.
During August 1-20, the Education Bureau and relevant departments verified the new information through field visits.
3. On August 22nd, school-age children received the admission notice from urban primary schools.
The Education Bureau announced the regional division of primary school freshmen enrollment through Daye Education Information Network.
The entrance qualification examination has passed. Parents of school-age children bring their household registration book, parents' ID card and exam receipt, and according to the registration number recorded online, they go to the office of the Education Bureau of Daye Experimental Middle School (the headquarters, opposite the long-distance station) to receive the admission notice.
4. From August 26th to 28th, the freshmen of primary school reported to the school.
Freshmen report to the school with the admission notice and other related materials.
5. On August 30th, the school arranged classes in parallel at random.
On June 9 1 day, the school officially opened.
(2) Urban junior middle schools
On August 22nd, 1 year, urban primary school graduates returned to the original primary school to receive the junior high school admission notice.
2. From August 26th to 28th, junior high school freshmen will register at school.
Urban primary school graduates register with the junior high school admission notice.
At the same time, the Municipal Education Bureau set up an office in Daye Experimental Middle School (headquarters, opposite the long-distance station) to review and dispose of the qualifications of non-urban primary school graduates to apply for urban junior high schools, and issue junior high school admission notices after passing the examination.
Applicants are required to provide the school registration certificate stamped by the original primary school (schools outside daye city need to be stamped by the competent education bureau), including the school registration number, name, ID number, grade and school in the national school registration management system.
(1) Examination materials for primary school graduates in Hubei Province
Please refer to Chapter 4. Other matters needing attention, article 1: the materials submitted by junior high school (non-urban primary school graduates) and primary school freshmen shall be qualified. "
(2) Graduates from primary schools outside Hubei Province can only go through the formalities of transferring back to our city after they have obtained their first-year junior high school status in other provinces. The Education Bureau and schools do not accept direct promotion from primary schools across provinces to junior high schools.
3. On August 30th, the school arranged classes in parallel at random.
On April 9 1 day, the school officially opened.
Third, private schools.
Private primary and secondary schools recruit students for the whole city, and the audit requirements and enrollment process are consistent with those of public schools. Schools may not set up separate enrollment standards; Minor students are not allowed to enter school, and offenders will not be registered. All consequences will be borne by parents and schools.
Four. Other explanations
1, materials submitted by junior high school (non-urban primary school graduates) and primary school freshmen for qualification examination.
(1) Urban hukou: Just provide the hukou book.
(2) Non-urban hukou:
(1) When new parents buy urban real estate, they need to provide property ownership certificate in addition to household registration book. If the real estate license has not been handled, the purchase contract and the unified invoice for real estate sale shall be provided.
(2) If the new parents have been doing business in this city for more than half a year (as of July 25, 20 14), in addition to the household registration book, they should also provide the urban industrial and commercial business license, tax payment certificate, rental contract and temporary residence permit (or proof of neighborhood Committee).
(3) If the new parents have worked in the city for more than half a year (as of July 25, 20 14), in addition to the household registration book, they must also provide the formal employment contract of the urban unit (or enterprise), the payroll for six consecutive months (as of August 25, 20 14) and the social endowment insurance payment slip paid by the current unit (or enterprise).
The above materials (all before July 25th, 20 14) shall be provided with originals and photocopies, of which the photocopies of the household registration book include the home page, address page, freshman page and family page.
Household register and other related materials shall not be altered, and the official seal shall be clear.
If the family page of the household register is manually filled in to add new members, each additional person needs to affix the official seal or reprint the seal on the basis of the original official seal. If there are irregularities, please ask parents to reprint and stamp in the public security department.
If the father-son (mother-son) relationship between the freshmen and the owner of the relevant materials in the household registration book is unclear, supplementary certification materials issued by the public security department shall be provided, including the certificate clearly indicating the father-son (mother-son) relationship (including the names and ID numbers of freshmen and their parents) or the information of freshmen's own population database (including the names and ID numbers of freshmen and their parents).
2. It is forbidden to recruit underage children in all primary schools.
3. It is strictly forbidden for primary and secondary schools to enroll students in advance; It is strictly forbidden to recruit non-urban hukou students in violation of regulations; It is forbidden to hold any form of entrance examination (including interview); It is strictly forbidden to start or run any form of key classes, experimental classes, super-long classes and interest classes in disguise.
