What are Mencius' educational thoughts?
1, Mencius advocated that human nature is good, and benevolence, righteousness, courtesy and wisdom are all in my heart.

2. Mencius believed that education should have certain standards, just like archery, the reader should be able to hit the bull's-eye. The standard has been established, and everyone should consciously abide by it. You can't reduce it arbitrarily from person to person. The highest standard of Mencius' education is to cherish the sages, that is, to cultivate the "hardworking people" who know etiquette in the Ming Dynasty-gentlemen.

3. Mencius' thought of "benevolent government" mainly includes three aspects:

First, the monarch is benevolent before utilitarian for politicians. A country, from the monarch to the common people, must abide by the respect of benevolence and righteousness. A monarch must never compromise righteousness because of his own selfish interests, so as to win the support of the people.

Second, the rulers should learn to "push grace". Human nature is good, and everyone has a kind of "compassion" (that is, compassion) that can't bear to see others suffer. They want to push themselves and others (push the good) and carry out "politics that cannot bear others."

The third is to develop production, so that people can use their time to obtain ownership from the people. Only by letting the people live a well-fed life can we carry forward the idea of filial piety and loyalty.
