Gao Tao tomb
Hao Tao died young from overwork. During the reign of Yao Shunyu, he did more, and he helped to become the great leader of China in the Central Plains. After Dayu succeeded to the throne, he made great contributions to Hao Tao in order to respect the abdication system, so he elected Hao Tao as his successor and took full charge of government affairs. After Dayu succeeded to the throne, many countries in Jianghuai were dissatisfied with Yu. Therefore, Hao Tao sent many missions to Jianghuai to publicize Dayu's achievements: praising Lei Zhong and putting people first. It is said that Dayu was fearless, hardworking, fair and selfless, and devoted himself to eliminating troubles for the people and making them live and work in peace and contentment. Finally, Huaiyi was afraid of Wei Huaide and unanimously supported Dayu. Only then did Dayu rule peacefully, so Hao Tao made great contributions to the prosperity of China. However, because of this, he died before Yu died because of his excessive fatigue. It is said that Hao Tao lived to the age of 106. Because of his death, Yu gave up the throne to his eldest son, Boyi.
Hao Tao was buried in Lu 'an, today's Anhui, because there is Gao Tao's tomb, which is called Qin Gong by the world. 198 1 year, Gao Tao Tomb was announced as a key cultural relic protection unit in Lu 'an County, and in the same year it was included in the China Dictionary of Places of Interest by Shanghai Dictionary Publishing House. Gao Tao Tomb is now a key cultural relic in Anhui Province and a state-level cultural relic protection unit.

Hao Tao worked hard to assist Yao Shunyu and made great contributions. His fief was in Gaocheng, which is now Lu 'an City, Anhui Province, and he became the ancestor of the ancient Lu 'an State. Hao Tao eventually died and was buried in Lu 'an. Yu Xia missed Hao Tao's achievements, so he named Hao Tao after Yu Ying and Liu Wei. Britain, namely Yingshan, belonged to Lu 'an in ancient times. Since then, the clans of Hao Tao's descendants have spread all over Lu 'an, Yingshan and even Jianghuai.
Gao Tao's Tomb is located 7.5km east of Lu 'an, at 15m north of Lu 'an-Hefu Highway, and 35m northeast of Hao Tao Temple. Hao Tao was listed as one of the four ancient saints by Confucius. According to Records of Historical Records and Biography of Huo Zhi, Lu 'an, the country of Lu 'an, was named Yan after being blamed, so Lu 'an was called Gaocheng. Gao Tao's tomb is a dome with a circumference of 97 meters and a height of 6.2 meters. The plane diameter of the tomb top is 4 meters. There is a Pistacia chinensis tree planted on it, which looks like a crown. There is an ancient Hao Tao tombstone written by Wu Kunxiu, Anhui envoy in Qing Dynasty. This tombstone is1.82m high and 0.92m wide. 198 1 year, Gao Tao Tomb was announced as a key cultural relic protection unit in Lu 'an County, and was included in the China Dictionary of Places of Interest by Shanghai Dictionary Publishing House in the same year.
