1. The School of Preschool and Primary Education of Shenyang Normal University is a rare opportunity for Shenyang Normal University to seize the country's efforts to develop preschool education. Implement the spirit of documents such as "the State Council's Opinions on Current Development of Preschool Education" and "Liaoning Province's Three-year Action Plan for Preschool Education", integrate preschool and primary school education resources, and set up a new college. She has a long history of running a school, among which the preschool education specialty began in Liaoning Children's Art Normal School established by 1956. After nearly 60 years of historical accumulation, the college has now become a teaching unit for graduate (master) and undergraduate education, with more than 2,000 full-time students and a school space of nearly 5000m2. 2. Shenyang Art Preschool Normal School was established in 1958. It is a full-time public school and the only normal school in Liaoning Province that has been retained in the adjustment of the layout structure of normal colleges. It recruits five-year colleges and universities for the whole province and trains art education teachers and kindergarten teachers for all cities in the province.
