1. Organizer

Social organizations or individuals other than state institutions may independently or jointly run private schools.

Social organizations that run private schools shall have the qualifications of legal persons. Individuals who run private schools should have People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality, political rights and full capacity for civil conduct.

Step 2 organize

Private schools should set up decision-making bodies such as management committees and boards of directors. The person in charge shall be of good conduct and have political rights and full capacity for civil conduct.

The school board or council is composed of the sponsor or his representative, the principal and representatives of the teaching staff. More than one third of the directors or directors should have more than five years of education and teaching experience. The school board of directors or council consists of more than five people, with a chairman or chairman. (State functionaries shall not hold positions on the board of directors, the board of directors or other institutions of private educational institutions.

(1) The school address is within the jurisdiction, and the school building is solid, safe and applicable, with no hidden dangers, and there are two safe evacuation routes. Training institutions shall not lease the venues of schools and kindergartens with academic qualifications, and shall not use civil houses, basements and garages. As a school building;

(4) The self-owned school building must have a property right certificate, and the leased school building must provide a property right certificate and a valid house lease contract. The lease term of the teaching place is not less than 4 years. The school building floor of a training institution that enrolls preschool children shall not exceed 3 floors.

4. Teaching facilities and equipment

There are offices, classrooms and teaching facilities suitable for the major.

5. Registered capital

The registered capital is not less than 300,000 yuan, and the registered capital of the vocational skills training school is not less than 6,543,800 yuan (reflected in the capital verification report);

6. Teacher qualification

(1) Principal: He must have People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC) nationality, be a citizen who has settled in China, have a college degree or above and a teacher qualification certificate, have more than 3 years of education and teaching experience, have certain organizational and management skills, and be no more than 68 years old (full-time);

(2) Teachers: There are a certain number of full-time and part-time teachers who are familiar with the teaching business and are suitable for the training content and school scale. Teachers should have the qualifications of teachers or meet the corresponding qualifications, and may not employ public in-service teachers to work part-time or part-time on weekdays. It is not allowed to recruit staff who have not dissolved or terminated their employment contracts with other private schools.
