The fourth is to broaden the channels of assistance. Driven by helping cadres, the pairing assistance in our district has received positive responses from all walks of life. More social forces have joined the assistance activities, forming a powerful assistance force, constantly broadening the assistance channels in our district, extending the main body of assistance to the society, and forming a assistance pattern in which everyone participates in helping and creates a harmonious community. The cadres and workers of Nanchong Military Division sent 325 sets (pieces) of cotton-padded quilts and 2000 yuan in cash to help the target. Under the active guidance and organization of the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, 30 private entrepreneurs in the whole district sent rice, noodles, oil and other materials worth 8900 yuan to the needy people in Xihu Street and Heping Road Community. Trust-Mart sent rice, oil, tea and other materials to poor families in Heping Road community, and donated 2,000 yuan for community construction. The employees of Nanchong Store of Chengdu Department Store donated 20,000 yuan in cash and 6,543.8+0.8 million yuan in materials to 90 poor and low-income households in the urban area. Religious people such as Catholicism, Buddhism and Taoism in Shunqing District also lent a helping hand and donated 4,000 Jin of rice. Some unemployed people have returned to work, and groups of people suffering from poverty and disease have seen the hope of life. People in need have less tears, more laughter, less resentment and more praise. With the patient education and help of helping cadres, more people in difficulty have further understood the Party's policies, understood the temporary difficulties faced by the country, straightened out their emotions, reduced their grievances, and handled these contradictions and problems affecting social stability at the grassroots level and in the bud, thus maintaining social stability and promoting community harmony. Since the launch of the twinning assistance activities, urban cadres have been deeply touched that the number of people petitioning to the municipal party committee and municipal government, the district party committee and district government has obviously decreased, and most government cadres have passed a "clean year" this year.

Our district has achieved certain results since the twinning assistance work was carried out, but there is still a certain gap from the requirements of the municipal party Committee and the municipal government. First, the vision of some cadres' assistance is not broad enough, and their understanding still stays in direct capital and material investment; Second, although individual cadres have formed pairs with poor families, their enthusiasm is not high; Third, the content and quality of assistance need to be improved, and "blood transfusion" is more important than "hematopoiesis", and there are not many long-term assistance methods for poor households. Second, 20* years of work tasks
The year of 20* is the first year of implementing the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, and it is also an important year to establish a long-term mechanism for government officials to help each other in pairs. Guided by the spirit of Deng Xiaoping Theory, Theory of Three Represents and the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, the twinning assistance work in our district aims at striving to be a satisfactory cadre of the people and creating a harmonious society, and earnestly practices and embodies the principle of "holding the banner, grasping the team, leading the team and promoting development", striving to build a harmonious community with common development of cadres and the masses, democracy and civilization, and creating a good social environment for the construction of Nanchong Demonstration Zone. This is a powerful promotion. First of all, it is a great promotion to the construction of Nanchong Demonstration Zone. 4. Help the newly admitted children in the family to be included in the "dream project". One-time solution for the children of families admitted to universities this year 1000? And according to the functions of the unit to carry out various special assistance activities, from the capital, technology, information, culture, education, health and other aspects to create conditions for helping the target to get rid of poverty and become rich. 8. All helping cadres should constantly strengthen their study, enhance their consciousness of doing a good job in pairing assistance, and be loyal spokespersons for the image of the party and the government loving the people and the people.
