Due to deepening reform and strengthening management, the quality of education and teaching has been improved year by year. In the past three years, the online rate of college entrance examination has reached more than 90%, and the online rate of one book is among the best in Dali Prefecture, which has been commended by state and county organs and praised by the broad masses of the people. Weishan County People's Government decided to "make Weishan No.1 Middle School a first-class middle school in Yunnan Province with the help of the whole county". The new campus of Weishan No.1 Middle School has been initially built, covering an area of 150 mu. It can accommodate 36 classes in the near future and eventually 60 classes.
