(2) Persons who have a master's degree in full-time colleges and universities and have obtained a bachelor's degree in full-time colleges and universities, and are not over 35 years old.
(3) Returned overseas students with overseas master's degree or above must be certified by the Ministry of Education, and their age is no more than 35 years old.
(four) with the national "985 project" colleges (excluding independent colleges) full-time undergraduate education, the age is not more than 35 years old.
Other requirements

4. Anyone who applies for a position in the public service must have civil servant status (public service) and meet the conditions for job transfer, or have career status and meet the conditions for job transfer.
Second, personnel management.
The personnel introduced by government agencies and institutions shall be managed according to the relevant policies of the state, province and city and go through relevant procedures.

(II) Personnel who enter institutions through the introduction of talents need to sign a service contract with the employer for more than 5 years. After the expiration of the service period, outstanding county (district) personnel can give priority to the flow of institutions directly under the municipal government, and those who meet the conditions for the transfer of institutions can be transferred to institutions.
Third, the relevant treatment
(a) the newly introduced talents enjoy the treatment of personnel of government agencies and institutions stipulated in the relevant documents of the state, province and city.
(2) Newly introduced doctoral talents with full and advanced professional and technical qualifications at the corresponding level, given a subsidy of 200,000 yuan for purchasing houses (or a subsidy for settling down), and enjoyed a special fund of 2,000 yuan per month for talents for three consecutive years; Newly introduced master-level talents are given a subsidy of 6.5438+10,000 yuan (or a subsidy for settling-in expenses) and enjoy a monthly subsidy of 6.5438+10,000 yuan for three consecutive years; Full-time undergraduate students from newly introduced national "985 Project" universities (excluding independent colleges) will be given a subsidy of 50,000 yuan (or a subsidy for settling down). (3) If the imported personnel violate the service contract (except for force majeure), they shall terminate the personnel relationship with the employing unit and return the related expenses they have enjoyed, such as housing subsidies, special funds for talents, student loans, interest subsidies, etc.
Four. Procedures and methods

Each candidate can only apply for one position.
3. Applicants cannot register with the old and new ID numbers at the same time, and the ID cards used for registration and examination must be the same.
The registration system is based on good faith. Candidates should truthfully fill in relevant information and materials when registering. Anyone who practices fraud or does not meet the qualifications required for the recruitment position may cancel his examination or employment qualification at any time during or after the introduction.
5. The talent introduction post does not set the examination proportion.
6. (3) Qualification examination
Candidates are required to provide their identity documents, academic certificates, degree certificates, registration forms and other materials at the registration site for review. Candidates applying for a master's degree also need to provide their undergraduate degree certificate, degree certificate and a professional certificate. Overseas graduate students need to provide graduation certificates, degree certificates and materials certified by the Ministry of Education. 20 17 college graduates are unable to provide graduation certificates and degree certificates because they have not yet graduated. The written test time limit is 120 minutes, the full score is 100, and the qualified score is 60 points. According to the ranking of written test scores from high to low, determine the list of candidates for interviews in each position. If the written test scores of the last interviewer are tied, they will also participate in the interview. If you apply for a post with a postgraduate degree or above, you will directly participate in the interview after passing the qualification examination.
Interview score 100, qualified score 60. Candidates who fail to reach the qualified score line cannot be introduced. Job vacancies that appear after the interview will not be filled.

(5) Physical examination and inspection
According to the total score, the candidates for physical examination and investigation are determined according to the proportion of the introduction plan 1: 1. If the total score is tied, the person with the highest interview score and written test score can be selected in turn to enter the physical examination. The weight ratio of written test and interview results is 50% respectively. The formula for scoring the weight of candidates is: the total score of candidates with bachelor degree = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%, and the total score of candidates with graduate degree or above = interview score. Only those who participate in the interview with tied results need to participate in the re-examination, and those with high re-examination results are determined as candidates for medical examination.
1. Physical examination
Physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (People's Republic of China (PRC) Ministry issued [2005] 1No.), Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Notice on Revision (Ministry issued [20 10] 19) and relevant national policies and regulations. Applicants who practise fraud or conceal the real situation during the medical examination shall not be employed or disqualified.
