The campus of Mengcheng No.1 Middle School covers an area of 490 mu (including the new campus of 334 mu), the teaching room area is about 85,000 ㎡ (including the first phase of the new campus of 30,000 ㎡), the campus greening area is 52,626 ㎡, and the library has a large number of books. The school has neat planning, elegant environment and pleasant scenery. Teaching buildings, libraries, science and technology museums, multi-functional restaurants, student apartments, gymnasiums, biological specimen rooms, multimedia classrooms, visual language rooms, computer rooms and other supporting education and teaching facilities are fully equipped.

The new campus of Mengcheng No.1 Middle School is located in Liuli Village, Zhuangzhou Office (west of Feng Meng Road), covering an area of 334 mu, and is planned and designed by the Planning and Design Institute of Southeast University. The total investment is/kloc-0.20 billion yuan, which consists of administrative office area, teaching experiment area, living area, sports area and other areas. The greening rate is 55.3%, and the whole project will be implemented in three phases.
