For important supervision, educational supervision institutions shall report to the people's government at the same level. Ninth educational supervision institutions shall, in accordance with educational laws, regulations, rules and guidelines, policies, supervision plans and standards, respect objective facts and make a fair evaluation of the supervised units. Article 10 When conducting supervision and evaluation, educational supervision institutions shall be attended by the organizer or the competent unit of the supervised unit. Eleventh units under supervision shall provide true information and materials related to the supervision matters; Corresponding improvement measures should be taken for the opinions and suggestions put forward by the educational supervision institutions, and the improvement of important issues should be reported according to the requirements of the educational supervision institutions, and the educational supervision institutions can conduct re-examination when necessary. Article 12 If the supervised unit disagrees with the supervision conclusion, it may apply to the educational supervision institution that made the supervision conclusion for review within 15 days from the date of receiving the supervision conclusion; If you still disagree with the review conclusion, you can appeal to the higher education supervision institution within 15 days from the date of receiving the review conclusion. Thirteenth people's governments at all levels and their education administrative departments, school operators or competent units, schools should take the supervision conclusion as an important basis for assessing the leading bodies of the supervised units, selecting advanced ones, arranging relevant funds and enrollment plans, and adjusting school settings.
