At the beginning of the autumn semester, I organized and studied the "Teaching Outline of Labor Course in Nine-year Compulsory Education Full-time Primary School". The outline points out that labor education is one of the main contents of implementing China's socialist education policy, and labor education is an important part of primary education. Offering labor classes in full-time primary schools is the main way to carry out labor education for primary school students in a planned way. It is of great significance to train students to love labor, learn labor skills and develop morally, intellectually and physically in an all-round and harmonious way. Through learning, teachers find out the gap and realize that students can't master some basic labor knowledge and skills without serious labor teaching. There is no correct concept of labor and good working habits, no love for labor and no thoughts and feelings of working people.
Second, improve the organization.
We set up a labor teaching and research group. Hire an old teacher with strong sense of responsibility and rich teaching experience as the team leader, and two young backbone teachers as the deputy team leader. The members of the teaching and research group include the head teacher and the head teacher. The key to do a good job in labor teaching is classroom teaching. We put the five teaching links of preparation, teaching, assistance, reform and examination, so that the teaching of labor class can be carried out in an orderly way like other disciplines.
The teaching and research group strictly urges teachers to prepare lessons before class, and are not allowed to enter the classroom without preparing lessons. According to the teaching and research plan, we organized seven labor observation classes of all grades this semester. Teachers generally attach importance to the practicality of labor classes, such as making handmade products, origami models, cooking, and joint operation between teachers and students. The classroom atmosphere is active and the teaching effect is good. It mobilizes positive factors, deepens teaching reform and improves the quality of classroom teaching.
Fourth, get out of the classroom.
In addition to classroom teaching, we also attach importance to public welfare labor education for students. The school keeps in touch with the community and nursing homes, and provides regular home service, which is well received.
In recent years, because we have strengthened the teaching management of labor class and attached importance to practice, students have not only learned some basic labor knowledge, mastered basic labor skills and cultivated a correct view of labor, but also beautified the campus, created a good teaching environment and promoted the healthy development of students' body and mind.

The Provisions on Labor Protection of Female Workers have been adopted at the 200th executive meeting in the State Council on April 28th, 2006, and have been implemented. However, the Provisions on Labor Protection of Female Employees was put forward by 1988, and then a number of legal provisions related to the protection of female employees appeared. It's been 28 years, but from this survey, it will be found that many female employees don't even know the legal provisions of labor protection for female employees, let alone the legal content. As a result, they don't know that this law can protect them and they can't enjoy the benefits brought by the law. Below are 20 questionnaires, including 6 female managers, 7 female employees and 7 female employees in street hospitals. Let me briefly explain the situation reflected in this survey. First, the basic situation of the implementation of labor protection laws and regulations for female employees
15% of female employees have signed labor contracts with their units.
The labor contract is a system that defines the rights and obligations of both parties and is protected by law, and it is also the basic guarantee for the labor protection of female employees.
According to the questionnaire, there are generally trade unions and women workers' organizations in the units where women workers work. However, there are only three female employees who have signed labor contracts with the unit. Perhaps it is the small size of the unit and the small population flow, so the proportion of employees signing contracts with the unit is reduced.
"Four-stage" Protection for Female Workers
Protection during pregnancy is the most important part of special protection for female workers. For the sake of maternal and infant health, most units timely adjust suitable jobs for female employees who have been pregnant for more than 7 months, and do not arrange them to work overtime or engage in night shifts. Pregnant women workers can have regular prenatal check-ups. 50% of the female workers surveyed calculated their working hours during the prenatal examination. The unit can implement 90 days maternity leave.
(3) Health examination and gynecological examination of female employees.
From the questionnaire, it is reflected that the unit can not carry out regular health check-ups for female employees, and only 5% of them can do it once every 1-2 years, and the rest of the employees are not entitled to free gynecological check-ups.
(four) the implementation of the "Regulations on Prohibited Labor for Female Workers"
Judging from the overall situation of the personal questionnaire surveyed, all units have well implemented the regulations on forbidden labor for female employees, and all units have abided by some regulations on not arranging female employees to engage in four-level labor, underground work, toxic and harmful work, and all kinds of high-altitude, low-temperature, cold water and three-level forced labor that are not suitable for women during menstruation, and not arranging the scope of forbidden labor during pregnancy.
Second, the main problems found in the investigation
(1) The labor protection facilities for female employees are insufficient, indicating that the unit has no relevant facilities to protect female employees' health facilities. Of course, this is also mainly related to the size of the unit personnel. Because according to the second paragraph of Article 7 of 1993 "Regulations on Health Care for Female Employees", "Units with more than 100 female employees shall gradually establish female employee clinics ..."
(b) In some enterprises, the "four-stage" protection of female employees needs to be further improved.
1. In terms of pregnancy protection, this survey only set "whether there was any violation of labor rights and interests during pregnancy", and 45% of them chose to deduct wages because of prenatal examination, which is not counted as working time. Moreover, on the question "Are you discriminated against in salary, promotion, welfare and training because of pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding?", 70% of employees chose yes.
In the survey, one question is "Do you know which holidays you can enjoy in the next example?" Among them, 100% knew about maternity leave, and 60% knew about maternity leave, spouse care leave, family planning leave and abortion leave, which were 15% and 35% respectively. It can be seen that female workers know too little about this law.
(3) The requirements and scope of application of the Regulations on Labor Protection of Female Workers have lagged behind the situation of economic development in China.
Mainly manifested in: the salary standards and related reimbursement standards for menstrual period, delivery period and lactation period are not compatible with the current salary system, and it is difficult for all units to accurately implement them. For example, Article 4 of the Regulations on Labor Protection of Female Employees states that "during pregnancy, childbirth and lactation, the basic salary shall not be reduced or the labor contract shall be terminated", in which the basic salary is very flexible, and new specific explanations shall be made when the unit independently determines the salary.
Three. suggestion
In view of the problems found in the above investigation, the following suggestions are put forward:
(a) to strengthen the supervision and implementation of existing laws and regulations.
In China's existing laws and regulations, there are many provisions on the labor protection of female employees, mainly concentrated in the Provisions on the Labor Protection of Female Employees and Several Provisions on the Implementation of the Provisions on the Labor Protection of Female Employees in Beijing. Judging from this survey, it is common to violate the labor protection regulations of female employees.
In the Provisions on Labor Protection of Female Employees, the clauses directly related to the labor protection of female employees are mainly concentrated in Article 3- 1 1. The investigation shows that Article 4- 10 is in violation, and some of the circumstances are serious. This shows that our inspection and supervision are not strong enough. Therefore, it is suggested that all relevant departments establish a regular joint inspection and supervision system. Regularly check the implementation of labor protection regulations for female employees, strengthen administrative law enforcement, and realize standardized management of labor protection for female employees. At the same time, measures should be taken to let the majority of female workers participate in the supervision and implementation of the law, and make full use of the existing laws to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of individual workers.
(two) the introduction of maternity insurance system for employees as soon as possible.
In order to protect the special rights and interests of female workers from infringement and solve all kinds of unfair treatment encountered by female workers during pregnancy, childbirth and lactation, it is suggested that relevant departments should introduce maternity insurance system as soon as possible. Social compensation for the reproductive value of female employees, changing the original maternity "enterprise insurance" into "social insurance", not only reflects the government's protection of the legitimate rights and interests of female employees under the new situation, but also helps the society to recognize the reproductive value of female employees, which is of great significance to promoting and protecting enterprises to participate in fair competition in the market.
(three) to strengthen the publicity and education of labor protection policies and regulations for female employees.
This survey shows that employees don't know much about the labor protection laws and regulations of female employees. Among female workers, 20% know the labor protection regulations of female workers, and 5% know the forbidden labor scope of female workers. It can be seen that even the most popular "Provisions on Labor Protection of Female Workers" is less than half of the respondents. Therefore, it is necessary to further increase the publicity of policies and regulations such as the Provisions on Labor Protection of Female Workers, Several Provisions on the Implementation of the Provisions on Labor Protection of Female Workers in Beijing, and the Provisions on the Forbidden Labor Scope of Female Workers, strengthen the education of unit leaders, continuously improve their legal awareness, and enhance their consciousness and initiative in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of female workers, so as to make the labor protection of female workers in units more standardized. At the same time, strengthen publicity and education for female workers, let them learn and understand the law, and enhance their ability to protect themselves according to law. It is suggested that the spectrum of education and legal knowledge should be publicized by holding lectures, consulting services and knowledge contests.

I have known since I was a child that labor is the most glorious, and I will recite the well-known poem "Compassion for Farmers" over and over again under the guidance of my parents. Even after there is no labor class in junior high school, I work every day. In this way, when I think about it carefully, I think that the course of public welfare labor is the most close to our lives and the most continuous course.
