Outstanding performance is selfishness, willfulness, timidity, poor independence, psychological fragility, fear of hardship, indifference to people, lack of creativity, lack of awareness and ability of cooperation and communication, and poor self-control ability. According to another data, among 3,000 children aged 4-5 in Shanghai, 8.8% have bad habits, 1 1% are depressed and feel inferior, 5.8% are anxious and nervous, 20% are restless, 25% are partial to food, and 22% are nervous. The mental health of such children is not satisfactory. If we don't pay attention to it and solve it, it will probably become a hidden danger of their psychological problems in the future, which will inevitably affect the quality of a generation. It can be seen that the current situation of children's mental health in China is not optimistic. Freud, a famous Austrian psychologist, believes that if the trauma or frustration experienced by children in their early years is not solved in time, children's negative emotions will be hidden in their hearts. As children grow up, when they encounter setbacks again, hidden negative emotions are activated by reality, and children will have mental illness. It can be seen how important children's mental health education is! Let's talk about how to do a good job in children's mental health education.

First, preschool teachers should fully understand the contents of children's mental health education and constantly improve their own mental health education knowledge and psychological quality.
