We must abide by laws and regulations, improve our legal thinking and ability to handle affairs according to law, and firmly establish the concept of not touching the legal red line and not exceeding the legal bottom line. We must be good at guiding all work with the rule of law, strictly manage the contingent with the rule of law, and make full use of the rule of law and the rule of law to deepen reform, promote development, resolve contradictions and maintain stability. Earnestly have the right and responsibility, the right to use is supervised, dereliction of duty should be held accountable, and violations should be investigated.

In addition, we should accurately grasp the requirements of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee on "ruling the country according to law", consciously safeguard the legal authority, and earnestly practice the spirit of the rule of law. It is necessary to raise the awareness of the rule of law in an all-round way, establish the concept of the supremacy of the Constitution and the law, safeguard the authority of the Constitution and the law, and set an example in learning the usage of the law and handling cases in law enforcement. It is necessary to improve working ability, abide by laws, regulations and system norms, pay attention to standardizing law enforcement procedures and behaviors, and improve the level of administration according to law. It is necessary to highlight key points, actively promote the construction of the rule of law, consciously take the initiative to learn the law, strictly administer according to law, fairly administer justice, standardize social governance, strengthen publicity and education on the rule of law, and promote the practice of the rule of law and the overall level of social rule of law.
