After a month's work, the teacher's morality education in our school has achieved remarkable results. The activities of Teachers' Ethics Education Month are summarized as follows:

First, unify thinking, strengthen leadership, and provide strong ideological and organizational guarantees for the activities of teachers' morality education month.

It is an objective requirement of conscientiously implementing the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee and Theory of Three Represents, strengthening the construction of teachers in an all-round way and shaping the lofty image of teachers in the new century to carry out the activities of teachers' moral education month with the theme of "teaching by virtue", which has important practical significance. The General Party Branch and the school administration attached great importance to the activities of Teachers' Ethics Education Month, and organized school administrative meetings and staff mobilization meetings to unify their thinking and raise awareness, so that all teachers fully realized the importance and necessity of the activities of Teachers' Ethics Education Month. In order to ensure the effectiveness of teachers' moral education in our school, the school set up a leading group for teachers' moral education month activities, improved the special work classes, formulated a practical and targeted implementation plan for teachers' moral education month activities, and made clear the time, theme, focus, methods and steps of the activities.

1. Strengthen your study and learn from Xiu De. On April 9th, President Yang Zhenhua personally organized teachers to learn * * * * about "eight honors and eight disgraces" and wrote back to the daughter of Comrade Meng Erdong at Peking University. 2. Carry out teacher's ethics learning and exchange activities. In this month's teacher's moral education activities, the class teacher's work, study and communication activities are organized by the school political classroom group. Through studying in Wufeng No.2 Middle School, the class teacher was guided to find the gap, talk about experience and decide measures. Comrade Li Jiangbo made a keynote speech at the general meeting of all teachers, exchanged advanced experience and ideas in education management, guided teachers to find the gap in comparison with the advanced ones, and improved the level of teachers' morality.

3. Hold an essay contest on teachers' morality. On the basis of serious study, every teacher was organized to complete an article on understanding teachers' morality with the theme of "love and wisdom", which guided teachers to continuously improve their professional ethics and practice it. After careful appraisal, Li Fengling and other 12 teachers won the excellent essay award.

4. Carry out the "Three Ones" teaching competition for young teachers. In the activity of "teaching by virtue, being a teacher by example", the school closely combines the education of teachers' morality with the training of young teachers, and solidly carries out the "three ones" teaching competition of "one word and one lesson" for young teachers. Through teaching competition, we can provide a stage for young teachers to show themselves, strengthen their professional ethics, update their educational concepts and improve their professional quality. After a month of fierce competition, 12 teachers, including primary school students, won the all-around award and individual award respectively.

5. Carry out heart-to-heart communication between teachers and students and between home and school. Combined with the "tutorial system" of school moral education, all teachers take the initiative to talk with the students they contact, carry out various forms of home visits, and deeply understand what students and parents are thinking and what they need most. Through heart-to-heart talks and home visits, we will further strengthen the communication between teachers, students and home schools, and strive to build an equal and harmonious relationship between teachers, students and home schools. .

6. Give a love. On the morning of April 30th, the school organized the activity of "Students with Double Difficulties in Love". The school issued an initiative to all teachers and students, calling on every faculty and student to give a love for poor students. 7. Select a group of typical teachers' morality. Through reports and other forms, we will further promote teachers' noble ethics of loving education, students, teaching and educating people, being a model and selfless dedication, and constantly enhance their sense of mission and responsibility in teaching and educating people, so as to serve the people and satisfy them.

Through the one-month activity of teachers' morality education month, the concept of teachers' morality was further updated, the teaching behavior was standardized, and the management system of teachers' morality was improved. In this month of teachers' morality education, 20 teachers, including Yin Baoxiang, were rated as "my favorite teachers" at the school level.
