But when I came to class on Sunday night, I asked the monitor to count it. Only forty people finished their homework, and a dozen people didn't finish their studies on time. I asked more than a dozen people to stand up, and the monitor led them to the political and educational affairs office of the school to implement them one by one. They must be allowed to complete their learning tasks independently. In this way, when arranging online learning for the second time, students can basically do it seriously and finish online learning tasks on time.

The second is to love your job.

Education is a sacred cause, a lofty cause, and a cause that requires teachers' selfless dedication. Each of us should have awe and love for what we are doing. Since we have chosen education, we should do our best to do this sacred cause well. In the class, I also ask the children to be strict and self-disciplined and try their best.
