(4) Professional and technical personnel in Mianyang City (including the Park and Science City) shall be submitted by their units to the District People's Social Security Bureau (the Party and Mass Work Department of the Park and the Human Resources Bureau of the Science City) for preliminary examination, and the copy shall be stamped with the audit seal.
