Do your duty and do a good job in nursing. As the saying goes: "three points of treatment, seven points of care", through practice, I feel the importance of nursing work more and more. In my daily work, I insist on dressing neatly and generously, using civilized and standardized language, being kind and polite. Strictly abide by medical ethics norms and operating procedures, carefully write nursing records, do everything possible to alleviate the pain of patients, and do their jobs safely. No matter the family members of employees or local patients, I always treat patients as relatives, with good attitude, friendly words and gentle movements, patiently answering patients' and their families' inquiries about the illness, as well as matters needing attention in family treatment and health care. There was no verbal conflict with patients, and there was no dispute caused by service attitude, service efficiency and service quality, which was well received by patients and their families.
