The "Sailing Cup" teaching style exhibition for new teachers in primary and secondary schools in Beijing, referred to as "Sailing Cup" for short, is a teaching style exhibition jointly sponsored by Beijing Institute of Education and Beijing Teachers' Association, aiming at further implementing the "New Era Basic Education Strong Teacher Plan" of the Ministry of Education, forming a good pattern for new teachers in the city to learn together and promote each other's development, and helping new teachers' professional development.

"Sailing Cup" takes "educating people" as the core, organically integrates curriculum ideology and politics, and deeply integrates information technology to help improve the quality and efficiency of classroom teaching. The teaching design, teaching video and teaching reflection of new teachers must be screened at school level, district level and city level before they can finally stand out. "Sailing Cup" constantly helps new teachers to improve the application ability of basic teaching skills and develop teaching design ability in different environments.

This year, four new teachers from our school participated in the sailing cup competition, covering four disciplines: art, history, psychology and mathematics. After all-out preparation and fierce competition, all four teachers withstood the pressure and lived up to expectations, and all won the first prize in this competition.

At the time of the initial topic selection, Mr. Zhang searched all the art textbooks from Grade One to Grade Three and couldn't decide which lesson to choose to prepare. She is well aware of the importance of topic selection. In repeated indecision, she squatted on the ground, wondering how to make the class more interesting. It is best to use the game-driven way to make the classroom a stage for students to express themselves, and the topics should be closely related to students' lives.
