Regional system

District system is a new model of compulsory education school management. A certain number of compulsory education schools form school districts, build exchange and cooperation platforms, and realize the sharing of quality education resources.

Periodic switching system

High-quality schools in the school district are the district head schools, which form a school district with member schools and implement "bundled development". In the school district, excellent principals and excellent teachers should communicate regularly and encourage teachers to attend classes across schools.

Urban cross-regional planning

According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Education Bureau, starting from next year, the city will try to "cross-regional and municipal co-ordination", select a certain number of high-quality schools in the city, entrust management communities to build new schools and weak schools in new urban areas, and improve the running level of weak schools in rural areas.

High-quality school tilt

The new regulations will also tilt towards quality schools in terms of preparation and funding. The establishment of "mentoring" high-quality schools in the school district can increase by about 5% in the total establishment of primary and secondary school staff in each district.
