As a young teacher with short working hours, I am fully aware of the significance of knowing about children and their families for the future education and management of children. Therefore, under the leadership of the leaders of the park and Mr. Song, I actively participated in the home visit with great enthusiasm. This home visit also left a deep impression on me and made me feel a lot.
There are 1 1 children in our small class, and there are 1 1 family visits, and the visit rate is 100%. Before that, we made full preparations, made a home visit plan, designed the content according to the characteristics of each child, informed the parents in advance and agreed on the time. We are not afraid of cold weather and slippery roads. From beginning to end, we didn't complain, and we completed the task seriously according to the deployment in the garden. In the process of home visits, we have achieved a kind attitude, simple and easy-to-understand language, not letting parents feel constrained, not eating at their children's homes casually, not accepting gifts from parents, and making a good record of home visits.
During the home visit, we deeply felt parents' ardent hope for their children and their respect and trust for their teachers. We have a detailed understanding of children's hobbies, personality characteristics, family structure, growth experience, health status, learning environment, performance at home, behavior habits, and listened to parents' opinions and hopes for teachers. At the same time, we politely and appropriately reflect the children's performance in the garden to parents, affirm the advantages of children, even the highlights that parents have not noticed, sincerely point out the shortcomings of children, patiently teach parents the methods of family education, and let parents know about their children.
Through home visits, we not only learned things we didn't know at ordinary times, but also communicated emotionally with our parents, reached a consensus, gained respect and recognition for teachers' work in a wider scope, made ourselves feel the sacredness and responsibility of teachers' work again, and inspired our enthusiasm for work. More is to let us get education and exercise. Through home visits, it not only promoted the construction of teachers' morality, but also established a good teacher image. Close home cooperation, deep interaction and harmony have improved the pertinence, purpose and effectiveness of education.
During this home visit, I found that the comprehensive quality of most parents is still not high, and they lack theoretical knowledge in pedagogy and psychology when educating their children. Some parents are still accustomed to the traditional "stick education", and as long as their children are disobedient, they will be beaten. Some parents can't understand their children's growing sense of "self" and do everything, which contributes to the spread of children's dependence and inertia. Some parents are obedient to their children. As little emperors, they don't have frequent and multifaceted ideological and emotional exchanges with their children in their daily lives. All these require us to find the right target and prescribe the right medicine, especially to keep close contact with parents, find problems, solve them in time, and really aim at the right thing.
In short, through home visits, I feel that the relationship between teachers and children is not only the relationship between transmission and transmission, but also the process of interaction between emotion and personality. Human emotions are generated and formed on the basis of understanding. It is our teacher's responsibility to cultivate children's sound personality, noble sentiment, good psychology and correct study habits. I learned a lot and understood a lot from the activity of "Visiting a Thousand Teachers", but a young teacher can grow and mature quickly only by constantly learning and understanding.
