The control work adopts the short steel bar pre-driven into the foundation, and the corresponding elevation is led to the steel bar with a level as the elevation control of this project. After the cushion construction reaches a certain strength, the axis of each shaft can be measured and released on the cushion according to the dimensions marked in the construction design drawing, and the steel bar binding work in the subsequent process can be carried out according to the measured axis.
In the quality control of foundation reinforcement binding, the specification, quantity, spacing and position of reinforcement should be paid attention to. At the same time, the joint position, lap length, welding quality and binding quality of steel bars are mainly controlled.
According to the construction situation, the foundation formwork project will be synchronized with the foundation steel binding project; The quality control of formwork engineering is mainly geometric size, stiffness and stability. In order to ensure the geometric dimensions of the foundation members in the foundation pit and the rigidity and stability of the formwork, 240×240 clay brick formwork is adopted for the side formwork of the foundation pit in this project.

In foundation concrete pouring, quality control focuses on the quality control of raw materials, including cement, sand, stone, etc. At the same time, the implementation of the approved mixture ratio should be well disclosed and managed, and a special person should be appointed to take charge of this work. Before the project of this division starts, according to the design documents, the owner's relevant requirements, change instructions, etc. , measure the axis of the building and put it on the site, and lead the main axis of the building to a place where the construction site is not damaged and protective measures are taken.
Before earthwork excavation, all axes shall be measured, and after the acceptance by the owner, designer and supervisor, a "gantry pile" shall be set on the side far away from foundation pit excavation, and the main axis shall be led to the pile and marked. For the measurement of foundation pit settlement observation, six observation points shall be arranged on the pit wall according to regulations, and they shall be observed regularly. (3) Reinforcement engineering
The variety and performance of steel bars entering the site must meet the standards, and the hot-rolled steel bars used for steel bars should meet the national standard GBJ 1499 "Reinforcement of Reinforced Concrete"; Cold-drawn steel bars can be processed from hot-rolled steel bars, and their mechanical properties should comply with the national standard "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Concrete Structure Engineering". All steel bars entering the site shall be stored in a covered shed or warehouse, with concrete on the ground, and steel bars shall be placed on the steel frame, stacked in categories and marked.
Steel processing surface should be clean, size, shape and lap length should meet the design requirements; The length of steel bar blanking shall be the responsibility of the professional foreman, and it shall be verified again according to the drawings during processing. Steel bars with a diameter less than 22 mm can be welded or lapped, but they shall comply with the relevant provisions of the state.

Attention should be paid to the number and position of steel bar joints to make them stagger. When there are many types of beams, slabs and columns, the specification, shape and quantity of steel bars of various types of components shall be indicated on the formwork. (4) Concrete engineering
Sand, stone and cement used in pile foundation concrete shall be strictly inspected and shall not contain harmful substances that affect the strength and durability of concrete; All concrete grades need trial mixing, on-site mixing, mixing in strict accordance with the concrete design ratio, and each plate should be weighed. So as to ensure that the concrete will not segregate during field transportation.
The foundation works shall be pumped with commercial concrete, and the supervision unit shall be informed the day before concrete pouring. Before pouring concrete, the sundries in the formwork shall be cleaned up, and the wooden mold and brick mold shall be wetted with water, and the free falling height of concrete shall not exceed 2m; otherwise, a chute shall be used to vibrate the concrete with an internal vibrator, and the moving distance of the internal vibrator shall not be greater than 1.5 times of the action radius; The pouring temperature of concrete should be controlled below 27 degrees Celsius, the concrete surface should be dense and smooth, and the position of construction joints should be at the least stressed part of the structure.
