People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens, all state organs and armed forces, political parties and people's organizations, enterprises, institutions and other social organizations have the responsibility and obligation to safeguard national security. China's sovereignty and territorial integrity are inviolable and indivisible. (5) Providing necessary support and assistance to state security organs, public security organs and relevant military organs;

(6) Keeping known state secrets;

(seven) other obligations stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

No individual or organization may commit acts that endanger national security, or provide any financial assistance or assistance to individuals or organizations that endanger national security.
