(1) When the education savings of China Bank expire, the account holder must take the passbook, resident ID card or household registration book (household registration certificate) and "certificate" to withdraw the principal and interest in one lump sum.

(2) If an agent withdraws money, he/she must hold the valid real-name registration system registration system identity documents of the agent and the account owner at the same time, and keep a copy or electronic image. If you use a resident ID card to open an account, you must verify it through the online verification system. If an account is opened with other valid identity documents other than the resident identity card, the identity of the customer shall be confirmed by other effective means such as auditing auxiliary documents.
