Double-click to open ppt software, enter the type of ppt courseware you want to make at the top of the opened page, such as education, and click Search. Be sure to search for keywords.

After precise search, choose the courseware that best meets your purpose on the search page. For example, I select Tutorial Overview, and then click Tutorial Overview.

In the pop-up teaching course overview window, click Create.

After creation, it will directly enter the ppt main page, and then modify it in the corresponding position.

If some items don't have enough text boxes, click the Insert tab, and click the text boxes and text groups in the Insert Selection Card ribbon to pop up the drop-down menu of text boxes.

In the text box drop-down menu, select the type you want, for example, insert a horizontal text box and click the horizontal text box.

Move the mouse and add text boxes where necessary. Add and complete the text you want to enter.

Click the File tab, click Save As in the pop-up menu, and then click Browse in the pop-up page.

In the save window, select a clear save location so that you won't find the location of the file next time, and then click Save.
