What is private education?
Private education refers to the activities of social organizations or individuals other than state institutions to organize schools and other educational institutions for the society by using non-state financial funds.

Conditions for running a school (academic institutions)

(1) Social organizations that run private schools shall have the qualifications of legal persons; Individuals who run private schools should have political rights and full capacity for civil conduct;

(2) Having a clear school-running purpose, training objectives and school-running plan, and having a sound organizational structure and articles of association;

(3) Having the conditions for running a school, such as building area, school building area, teaching equipment and auxiliary facilities, which meet the setting standards of similar public schools at the same level;

(4) Having principals and teachers who meet the qualifications and conditions of similar public schools at the same level;

(5) There are sources of funds to ensure the normal operation of the school;
