(A) enrollment plan
Education administrative departments at all levels should, in accordance with the requirements of the documents, comprehensively consider the number of junior high school graduates in the current year, the carrying capacity of school enrollment conditions and the requirements of future college entrance examination reform, as well as the gross enrollment rate of senior high schools, eliminate large classes in ordinary senior high schools, and implement roughly equivalent general-level requirements, and reasonably determine the overall scale and branch enrollment plan.
The enrollment plan of counties and districts in the city and the enrollment plan of public high schools in the city are formulated and issued by the Municipal Education Bureau, and the enrollment plan of private high schools in the city is promulgated and implemented after being submitted to the Municipal Education Bureau for approval. Nanchang County, Jinxian County, Anyi County, Xinjian District and Wanli Administration Bureau, according to the enrollment plan issued by the Municipal Education Bureau, combined with their actual situation, formulated the enrollment plan for private high schools and reported it to the Municipal Education Bureau for the record.
The normal enrollment plan is compiled and issued by the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Development and Reform Commission. The balanced enrollment plan of provincial public key middle schools will continue to be implemented at a rate of not less than 70%. The qualification of balanced students is determined in accordance with the relevant contents of Nanchang Education Bureau's 20 17 "Implementation Opinions on Doing a Good Job in Entrance Examination-free Nearby in Compulsory Education Stage".
The enrollment plan of private secondary vocational schools with the qualification of the Admissions Bureau and municipal management shall be reported to the Municipal Education Bureau for approval and publication by each school according to the conditions for running schools. County (District) secondary vocational school enrollment plan approved by the county (District) education administrative department reported to the Municipal Education Bureau.
