According to official website of Ningxia Education Department, Ningxia Education Department is responsible for the management of students' status in ordinary high schools. The Education Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is the functional department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region government, which is responsible for the planning, management and supervision of education in the whole region. In Ningxia, the management of ordinary high school students' enrollment, including enrollment, registration, transfer and graduation, is managed by Ningxia Education Department. Therefore, the student status of Ningxia Gaopu is managed by Ningxia Education Department.
