Li Shengquan, male, translator, from Yichang, Hubei. Graduated from Wuhan University, majoring in Russian language and literature. He used to be a Chinese teacher in middle school in Enshi County, Hubei Province, director of the library of Gezhouba Hydropower Engineering College, editor-in-chief of Hydropower Science and Technology Information, director and editor-in-chief of Journal of Wuhan University of Water Resources and Electric Power (Yichang Campus), researcher of Journal of Three Gorges University (Natural Science Edition), and Russian teacher.

1997 translated the Soviet children's literature collection "The Pilot's Son" (Jilin People's Publishing House), 20 1 1 translated the Russian modern fairy tale collection "The Invisible Hat" (Hubei Education Publishing House). Grey finch is a short essay written by Aleksev and translated by Li Shengquan. It is the fifth lesson of the second group in the first volume of the third grade Chinese of People's Education Press. It tells the story between Lenin, sparrow and a child. When Lenin was looking for one of three lovely birds in the park, he met the boy who took the bird away. After that, the moved boy put the bird back.
