Therefore, "significant improvement of integrity" is listed as one of the eight goals of national insurance work in X years.

As an employee of the insurance industry, I have thoroughly studied and understood the Basic Textbook of Integrity Education, the Summary of Integrity Requirements of Insurance Laws and Regulations and related laws and regulations, and deeply understood the significance and specific requirements of corporate integrity education. Through self-study and discussion, I checked my understanding, established the concept of honest management, and summarized my learning experience as follows:

First, internal management integrity and create a good atmosphere.

Within the department, we should pay attention to introducing the principle of good faith into management practice, create an honest, disciplined and open humanistic environment, and especially create a "home" harmonious atmosphere in the sales team.

Second, education staff integrity, build a solid ideological foundation

It is necessary to thoroughly implement the concept of honesty in employee education, deeply brand employees with honesty in thought, make honesty a conscious action of the whole company, and fundamentally realize the honest operation of the insurance industry.

Third, serve customers in good faith and establish a corporate image.

"Sincerely facing customers and sincerely serving customers" is the inherent requirement of the long-term development of insurance companies, and it is also an important embodiment of people-oriented thinking. Therefore, we must run the principle of good faith through the whole process of customer service and embody the service concept of honesty and trustworthiness through thoughtful and meticulous service.
