Fuyang No.3 Middle School is located in Yingzhou District, Fuyang City, Anhui Province. Its predecessor was Qingying Academy, which was founded in 1906 and officially named "Fuyang No.3 Middle School". On February 28th, 20 13, Fuyang No.3 Middle School moved to the new campus in the south of Fuyang. This school is a middle school directly under Fuyang Education Bureau, and has won the titles of "Anhui Demonstration High School", "Anhui Civilized Unit" and "National Modern Educational Technology Experimental School".

By the end of 20 13, the school has built six six-story student apartments, all of which have heat insulation design on the top floor. Each dormitory is equipped with toilet, shower, cabinet, fan, etc. Each dormitory is more than 30 square meters, and it is planned to accommodate 8 students. Public toilets are added in the corridors of each dormitory. There is a bath center on the first floor of the dormitory, and there will be living functional areas such as supermarkets, barbershops and medical rooms around it.

The school has a four-story canteen, the first, second and third floors are canteens for students and teachers, and the fourth floor has a personalized box. The canteen has a separate operation room for raw food, cooked food and cakes, which is shared by teachers and students and can accommodate 8000 people at a time. In the use of the canteen, it is a grade and a floor, and the teaching staff are not set up separately.

The classroom is designed with ventilation and lighting, and there are observation windows on the doors of each class. Each classroom is equipped with a 12 square meter storage room with a pool. In addition, each teaching building is equipped with a multi-media ladder classroom, and the earthquake-resistant series of the whole main building reaches Grade 9. The teaching building connects the canteen, the experimental building and other buildings through the cloister. There is a playground with a 400-meter indoor plastic track in the gymnasium, and a table tennis hall, a track and field track and two open-air basketball courts are set up under the stands. In addition, an academic exchange center, an art building and an education museum have been built.
