I. Basic explanation

The registration certificate and practicing seal of the second-class constructor are valid for 3 years. If it is necessary to continue practicing after the expiration of registration, it shall apply for renewal of registration 30 days before the expiration of registration. The application for renewal of registration must meet the requirements of continuing education. You can participate in continuing education for 1 time within 3 years and pass the examination.

2. Materials submitted for continuing education application: the application form for continuing registration of registered construction engineer, the original registration certificate, the copy of the employment contract signed by the applicant and the employing unit or other valid documents, and the certification materials that the applicant meets the conditions for continuing education within the validity period of registration.

Second, the methods of continuing education

First-class registered professional construction engineers shall participate in continuing education for no less than 120 hours per registration cycle, including 60 hours of compulsory courses and 60 hours of elective courses. Those who register for two or more majors should also participate in 60 hours of continuing education for each additional major.

Registered architects who engage in the following work and obtain corresponding certificates within the validity period of each registration can be regarded as part of the elective courses of continuing education. Within the validity period of each registration, the cumulative hours of continuing education elective courses shall not exceed 60 hours.

The continuing education of registered architects mainly focuses on face-to-face teaching. The professional lead department or the provincial housing and urban-rural construction department that intends to adopt online education shall report the management measures and work plan to the construction department for review, and be responsible for the training quality of online education.
