Safety education before Mid-Autumn Festival
1, develop the hygienic habit of washing hands before eating. As the saying goes: "If you don't wash your hands before meals, germs can easily enter." Our two hands, doing this and that every day, touch all kinds of things. On the surface, they don't seem to be dirty, but it is difficult to protect them from germs, viruses and parasitic eggs.

The purpose of washing hands is to wash away germs on your hands, so wash them carefully with soap. Some students put their hands in the water, and washing their hands carelessly can't achieve the purpose of hygiene.

2. Wash raw fruits and vegetables. Cucumber, radish and fruit are rich in nutrition, and everyone loves them, but we must pay attention to hygiene when eating them raw. Because melons and fruits have been treated with manure and pesticides during their growth, they are contaminated with germs, viruses and parasitic eggs. If you only wash it with water or wipe it with clothes, the mud will be scrubbed off, but germs, viruses, eggs may not be washed off, and pesticides may not be washed clean.

If you eat this way, you may get infectious diseases such as dysentery, hepatitis and typhoid fever, parasitic diseases and pesticide poisoning. Therefore, raw fruit must be rinsed clean.

3. Don't eat rotten food. Food rots because bacteria play a destructive role in food. There are all kinds of bacteria in the air, which attach to dust and fly with the wind, and land on food, where they breed and release toxins.

If people eat this kind of food containing toxins, food poisoning will occur, and symptoms such as nausea, abdominal pain and vomiting will occur, which will be life-threatening in severe cases. Therefore, rotten food must not be eaten.

4. Don't eat wild vegetables and fruits casually. Summer and autumn are the ripe seasons for all fruits. Some students like to pick wild vegetables and taste wild fruits, which is very dangerous. Because there are many kinds of wild vegetables and fruits, it is difficult for students to distinguish which ones can be eaten and which ones are poisonous and can't be eaten.

If you eat poisonous wild fruits, the consequences will be vomiting, diarrhea, numbness of hands and feet, and even coma and even death. For safety, don't eat wild vegetables and fruits indiscriminately.

5, drink water to talk about hygiene, do not drink raw cold water. Whether the water is clean or not is invisible to the naked eye. Even if it looks clear and transparent, it is not necessarily clean and drinkable water. It may contain viruses, germs and parasite eggs. If you drink it without disinfection, you will inevitably get infectious diseases such as dysentery, hepatitis and typhoid fever.

Therefore, when drinking water, you must drink sterilized water or boiled water. You can't drink the water from rural bitter wells, because this kind of water is high in nitrite content, and it is easy to be poisoned after drinking.
