I. Scope of Recruitment
Throughout the country (excluding Qingdao), the government grants full funds to outstanding ordinary high school teachers in institutions and schools.
Second, the recruitment conditions
1. Have People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality and abide by the Constitution and laws;
2. Have good conduct and physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post;
3. Bachelor degree or above;
4. Intermediate and below professional and technical positions (except for honorary titles above the provincial level);
5. Age 40 years old and below (1born after March 9, 975), should have the teaching or comprehensive honorary title selected by the education department at or above the prefecture level and serve as the first-line cultural class teaching; Those who have the teaching or comprehensive honorary title selected by the education department at or above the provincial level and serve as the first-line cultural class teaching can be relaxed to 45 years old (1born after March 9, 970). The above titles refer to: teaching experts, academic leaders, super teachers, excellent teachers, famous teachers and excellent class teachers.
Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and have been expelled from public office, those who have been found to have serious violations of discipline and discipline in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels and the open recruitment of public institutions, are not allowed to apply for the examination, or those who are not allowed to be employed under other circumstances stipulated by law.
Three. Recruitment procedures and methods
Recruitment takes the way of combining examination and investigation, and is carried out through registration, qualification examination, examination, physical examination, investigation, publicity and employment.
(1) Registration
1. Online registration time: March 9-March 18.
On-site qualification examination time: March 19, 8: 00 am-165438+0: 30 pm, 13:30- 16:00 pm.
Location of on-site qualification examination: recruitment schools (see Annex 1).
2. Registration method
Registration takes the form of online registration. Candidates download and truthfully fill in the 20 16 Application Form for Open Recruitment of Excellent Teachers in Schools Directly under Qingdao Education Bureau (see Annex 2), insert their recent color bareheaded electronic photos into the designated position of the form, and send them to the e-mail box published by the recruitment school by email (see Annex 1), with the subject of the email marked "Application Form (post: XXX, name: XXX)". After online registration, candidates must go to the designated place for on-site qualification examination within the specified time.
(2) Qualification examination
Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Those who do not meet the requirements for registration and resort to deceit in the process of registration will be disqualified from examination or employment once verified. The ratio between the number of applicants for each recruitment position and the number of people who have passed the qualification examination shall not be less than 1:3 (if it is really urgent, it may be appropriately relaxed upon approval). If it fails to reach the required ratio, the corresponding position shall be cancelled or reduced. Materials to be submitted for qualification examination:

6. The original and photocopy of the professional and technical post qualification certificate (or publicly published document) 1 copy;
7. Annual assessment record of the last three years 1 copy (20 12-20 14) (with official seal of the company);
