Legal analysis: The types of deposits collected by public security organs include: bail pending trial, suspension of administrative detention, educational leave and traffic accidents. The payer shall pay the deposit for obtaining a guarantor pending trial, the deposit for suspending the execution of administrative detention and the deposit for detention education in full at one time to the bank designated by the public security organ. If the deposit is paid in cash, the payer shall fill in the cash settlement form, and the bank shall fill in the receipt notice immediately after receiving the deposit; If the deposit is paid by cheque or other transfer methods, the bank shall fill it out after receiving the payment.

Legal basis: Article 62 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Contract Law stipulates that the employer shall perform the following obligations:

(a) the implementation of national labor standards, provide corresponding working conditions and labor protection;

(2) Informing the dispatched workers of their job requirements and remuneration;

(3) Pay overtime pay and performance bonus, and provide post-related benefits;

(four) to provide necessary on-the-job training for the dispatched workers;

(five) continuous employment, the implementation of normal wage adjustment mechanism.

The employing unit shall not send dispatched workers to other employing units.
