My view on education
Teachers preach, teach and solve puzzles. I think this should be the way to teach people how to behave, how to read and how to solve the puzzles of life. A good teacher is not a nanny, but a candle. It is important to be the spiritual leader of students and return the right to deal with incidents to students.

First, give children free space.

I remember which book said that there are two ways to educate children: stocking and captivity. I think the free-range type is to give children free space, and this kind of education is more conducive to their growth. Nowadays, school education seems to be in captivity, and there is a general problem of "standing still". So, how to eliminate its disadvantages? I try to create a little free space for my children.

When I don't do exercises in the morning reading, parties and rainy days, I will remind my children to do their own things, so that they can have an independent space to read books, do homework, talk, communicate, be in a daze and daydream freely. It is particularly important for children to have a free world of their own in their hearts, because it is the source of their thoughts and the driving force of their behavior. Why do you want to read all the books? Why does everyone do the same thing? Mr. Feng Enhong, a famous expert in educational practice in Shanghai, once said: "Difference is the most precious wealth of mankind." To cultivate and develop children's personality differences, eliminate the phenomenon of "going straight" in education, or create as much free space as possible for children!

Second, dredge-eliminate children's mental fatigue

The story of Dayu's water control is well known. By investigating the successful experience of water control, he adopted dredging method to avoid the disadvantages of his father's blocking water. In fact, in our reality, "blocking" educational misunderstandings abound. What should we do when children are passive and lazy when they encounter problems? Are you nagging and worrying? Or reprimand and punish, please parents? We have tried all these methods, and they are all "blocking" educational methods. Although it has a temporary effect, it is by no means a good way.

What if students don't do gymnastics? The child plausibly said "gastritis" and "leg pain while playing ball". After understanding these reasons, I first prescribe the right medicine: "Does gastritis have an effect on doing exercises? Leg pain is excessive exercise. What you need to reduce is playing time. Doing exercises is just good for relaxing muscles and bones! " Then reason: "Life lies in exercise. A healthy body is your own and has nothing to do with others. Please be responsible for yourself!" " Do you have any plans not to do exercises? The audience shook their heads, and the naughty children had to obey because of their arguments.

How to guide littering? I'm sure every student will know it's wrong, but I'm sure it doesn't matter. In order to improve their sense of responsibility, I told a story about a little boy repairing the toilet. This is an article in the Reader, to the effect that "I", who was studying abroad, was entrusted by a mother to go to the toilet to see why my son didn't come out after a long time. After "I" went in, I saw a little boy who was only a few years old, sweating profusely to repair the toilet, saying that the water wouldn't flush anyway. He is very worried. Finally, he had a hard time repairing it. He washed the water and left safely. This is the quality of that foreign boy. He must do what he is responsible for to the end. This example story touched the children very much, and I used it to remind them to be responsible and quality people, and to have a clean space around them, which was unanimously recognized by the students.

Third, guidance-be a child's spiritual guide.

Doing gymnastics and queuing every day is a boring thing for lively and fresh students! So, I observed it and said, "The teacher found today that little XX has the most temperament in doing exercises among girls. Look at her gestures, giving people a sense of beauty. " "He XX and Liu XX have a rich sense of rhythm and rhythm when doing exercises. Of course, this temperament can't be formed in a day or two. I hope that everyone will train well and strive to become a temperamental person. " In this way, "being a person with temperament" has become the goal of students' practice. Who doesn't love beauty? Children want to hear such an evaluation! Maybe everyone pays more attention to children's academic performance and specialty cultivation, but ignores some basic things, such as the posture of children sitting and walking. It is necessary for us to pay attention to children's personal image and cultivate them from an early age.

Children are still young and ignorant, and it is inevitable that there will be small frictions and disputes. How to solve them? I think it is important to guide them to learn to solve problems by themselves. The first is to communicate with each other, tell their grievances, and at the same time listen to the harm they have caused to each other, so as to facilitate mutual understanding, eliminate misunderstandings and achieve the purpose of solving contradictions. If students can't solve the problem by themselves, the teacher will act as a "judge" again, make a fair judgment, and guide them to "be an atmospheric person, an open-minded person, and the Prime Minister can punt in his stomach. One more friend is better than one more enemy. "

Fourth, challenges-create opportunities for children to know how to be flexible.

(1) Accept an opportunity to do more homework and challenge habits and inertia; Accept the opportunity to read aloud and challenge cowardice and panic.

(2) Persuade teachers to think of several reasons to gain support and realize their ideas.

(3) Make good use of the opportunity of not doing homework once every semester, grasp birthdays, competitions or other special favorable opportunities, make good choices, and know how to handle special situations flexibly on the basis of adhering to principles.

(4) Write a summary for each exam or competition. In addition to finding out the causes of mistakes or failures, we should also sum up our own experiences, gains and progress, praise ourselves and gain confidence.

Yu Dan once said in Lecture Room: "The truly successful love of parents in this world is to separate their children from your life as an independent individual as soon as possible. The sooner this separation, the better. " As teachers, we also need to grasp this point. In order to make children independent as soon as possible, we can only be a guide on the road of children's growth, let them become mature and strong in dealing with their own affairs, and then leave the teacher's sight and go further and further.
