The online query scope of foreign academic degree certificates (hereinafter referred to as "certificates"):

Foreign academic degree certificates issued after August 2006;

Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic degree certificates issued after August 2008;

Chinese-foreign cooperative education degree certificate issued after 20 13 (inclusive).
