(1) Tuition fees, miscellaneous fees and other expenses of the educated shall be refunded;

(2) Wages payable to faculty and staff and social insurance premiums payable;

(3) Repaying other debts.

The remaining property of private schools after paying off the above debts shall be disposed of in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and administrative regulations.
