At the meeting, technical experts from the Education Management Information Center of the Ministry of Education gave training on how to deal with the problems in the construction, management and application of the student registration system in various places, explained the use of the educational technology service platform, and answered questions on the spot.

It is reported that Heilongjiang Province will deal with the problem student status in time, do the first data verification, establish and improve the verification mechanism, handle the unverified business in time, and ensure that the student status information is safe and not leaked. Education administrative departments and schools at all levels will also establish strict information confidentiality and export systems, strictly control the objects and scope of information use, and carry out data verification training step by step. At the same time, they will train school administrators, school information auditors, class teachers and parents in data verification to ensure the smooth completion of school information verification.
