Abstract: In order to explore the correlation between college students' health knowledge structure and physical and mental health level. By using the methods of psychological scale evaluation, physical fitness test and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a comparative study on college students' physical and mental health level and health knowledge structure. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between college students' health knowledge structure and their physical and mental health level. The higher the health knowledge structure, the better the physical condition, the higher the mental health level and the higher the health self-evaluation.

At present, colleges and universities mainly block the education of college students' physical and mental health through mental health education, college physical education and ideological and political education, without paying attention to the comprehensive role of various forms and methods in the development of students' physical and mental health. For the treatment of college students' mental health problems, individual psychological counseling is also used. Therefore, the current college students' physical and mental health education has not formed a joint force, and the educational effect is not satisfactory. In view of this, this paper investigates and tests the mental health level, physique and health knowledge structure of contemporary college students, and deeply discusses the correlation between them, aiming at providing reference for deepening college students' physical and mental health education.

2 Results and analysis
2. 1 Overall analysis of college students' mental health survey.

According to the grade standard of college students' physical fitness test, the comprehensive evaluation of physical fitness, vital capacity and body mass index score, grip strength and body mass index score, step test score and standing long jump score is divided into four grades: excellent, good, passing and failing. Height and weight grades are divided into four grades: normal weight, low weight, obesity and malnutrition. For comparison, people with normal weight are classified as excellent group, people with low weight are classified as good group, and people with obesity and malnutrition are classified as failure group. The scores and grades of the six indicators are obtained by scoring the six original scores online, and the results are obtained according to the statistics of physical fitness grades shown in Table 4. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out college students' health knowledge education in multiple channels and ways in the future to enrich and improve the health knowledge structure of college students.
2.3.2 Analysis of the influence of college students' physical cognitive structure on their physical and mental health.
College students' cognition of self-body is based on their mastery and understanding of health knowledge. In order to analyze the influence of physical cognitive structure on college students' body and mind, this paper makes a comparative analysis of college students' cognition of physical self-worth, sports ability, physical condition, physical attraction and physical quality by using the survey data of PSPP. According to the scoring rules of the scale, except that the lower score of the sports ability subscale means the higher cognition of self-sports ability, the higher score of the other four subscales means the higher cognition level. As can be seen from Table 4 and Table 5, with the decline of physical condition or mental health level, except the cognitive aspect of sports ability, the scores of the other four aspects are gradually declining. In addition, the standard deviation of physical self-worth and physical attraction in the failure group is significantly different from the other three aspects; Compared with other groups, the standard deviation of five aspects in severe psychological disorder group is significantly different. This shows that the higher the cognitive structure of college students' self-body, the better their physical condition, the higher their mental health level and the higher their health self-evaluation. Some scholars have found that individual's physical and mental health development is closely related to good health feeling, and the subjective feeling of health greatly affects their physical and mental health feeling; Therefore, in the future psychological education of college students, it is necessary to strengthen the teaching of health knowledge and improve the self-body cognitive structure of college students.
3 Conclusions and suggestions

1) Establish a harmonious health knowledge education system and carry out college students' physical and mental health education in an all-round way. First of all, take college students' physical and mental health education as an organic system and do a good job in the overall planning of college students' physical and mental health education; Secondly, give play to the relative disciplinary advantages of mental health education, college physical education and ideological and political education, and focus on developing college students' physical and mental health education; Third, through special reports, make full use of school radio, television, campus network and school magazine to publicize and popularize physical and mental health knowledge.
2) Establish a smooth physical and mental health care network to ensure the integration of physical and mental health education. First, establish and improve the organization and leadership system of college students' physical and mental health education, and deepen the reform of related curriculum system; Second, carry out a general survey of college students' mental health in a timely manner, test their physique regularly, and establish a file of college students' physical and mental health; Third, give full play to the positive role of counselors and class teachers, and promote the psychological healthy development of college students through the participation and cooperation of all teachers.
3) Give full play to the function of college physical education and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of physical education teaching. Taking college students' favorite sports as the carrier, the contents of mental health education and physical quality are integrated into the learning of sports skills, and various and interesting physical education teaching methods are adopted, so that college physical education can truly "educate people, maintain health and nourish heart".
