Inevitably, there are some potential significant differences between the intimate relationship between the same sex and the opposite sex. On average, gay men have higher expression characteristics than heterosexual men. Lesbians have higher instrumental characteristics than heterosexual women. Therefore, homosexuals are less likely to adhere to traditional gender roles than heterosexuals.
Homosexuals tend to be more educated and enlightened, but the biggest difference between homosexuality and heterosexuality is (very explicit): gay men are composed of two men and lesbians are composed of two women.
Therefore, if there are significant differences between homosexuals and heterosexuals in the way of dealing with intimate relationships, it is not because of their sexual orientation, but because of the different sexes in intimate relationships.
Apart from possible gender differences, homosexual and heterosexual partnerships are actually very similar. For example, the process of gay and lesbian love is the same as that of heterosexual love, and they feel the same passion. Experience the same doubts and realize the same promises.
Even sometimes, the intimate relationship of homosexuals is better than that of heterosexuals, because TAs tend to share housework relatively fairly, encounter fewer conflicts and feel more congenial.
